Can we work with marketing agencies?
Yes. You can keep your agency while we layer in AI and VAs. We find it works best when someone in your office acts as the go-between by connecting our strategy and implementation with your agency’s work.
How quickly will I see results?

Are refunds offered?

Do I need to be tech-savvy for this to work?
Not at all. You don’t need to be a programmer or even “techie.” Jimmy isn’t a programmer either and he uses these tools every day with ease. We’ll show you step by step how to use AI in ways that feel simple and practical. And if you prefer, your team or VAs can handle much of the implementation for you.
Will this work outside of the United States for the international market?
Yes our principles apply anywhere in the world. While some examples and benchmarks are based on U.S. practices, the core strategies of AI-powered systems, team training, patient communication workflows, and virtual assistant support are universal. We’ve worked with practices internationally, and the same tools adapt easily to your market, culture and regulations.
Can my existing staff get trained instead of hiring a VA?
